A Modern Approach to Integrated Telehealth Care

OnePoint.Care is an online clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for mental health, addiction, and metabolic wellness. Built on the belief that excellent care should be accessible, personalized, and grounded in science, OnePoint.Care provides comprehensive telehealth services for individuals seeking support with psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, and lifestyle-related health challenges such as obesity and weight management. Through secure virtual visits, patients can receive thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that integrate mental health care with medical and behavioral approaches to long-term wellness.

The Connection Between Mental, Addiction, and Physical Health

At the center of OnePoint.Care is the recognition that mental health, addiction, and physical health are deeply interconnected. Many patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction also face challenges related to sleep, weight, metabolic health, or stress. OnePoint.Care addresses these overlapping needs through an integrated model that combines psychiatry, addiction medicine, and lifestyle medicine in one setting. This approach allows patients to receive coordinated, comprehensive care rather than fragmented treatment across multiple providers.

Clinical Leadership

The clinic is led by Robert G. Sise, MD, MBA, MPH, a physician quadruple board-certified in Addiction Medicine, Addiction Psychiatry, General Psychiatry, and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Sise brings extensive clinical and leadership experience in developing innovative care models to expand access to high-quality treatment. He completed his medical training at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by psychiatry residency and addiction psychiatry fellowship training at the University of Washington, where he served as Chief Resident.

Comprehensive Treatment for Complex Conditions

Through OnePoint.Care, patients can access expert care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, and obesity-related health concerns. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, evidence-based addiction treatment, including medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders, and medically supervised weight-loss and lifestyle interventions. The goal is not simply symptom control but helping patients achieve lasting improvements in health, function, and quality of life.

Where Recovery Begins

OnePoint.Care reflects a simple idea: the right care, delivered at the right time, can change the trajectory of a person’s health and recovery. By combining expertise in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and metabolic health with the convenience of telemedicine, OnePoint.Care offers patients a single, trusted place to begin that journey.
